Zimbabwe: Sibanda doesn't cross the border and the Rugby Union send a letter

The Rugby Union of Zimbabwe has sent a letter of complain to its South African counterpart because Gerald Sibanda was unable to play with the national team.

Sibanda’s South African team refused to let him go on national duty. According to IRB statutes, the ZRU (Zimbabwe Rugby Union) is supposed to get first preference when a player is called for national duty.
