“Climate changes and human mobility in Africa” is the title of the conference that the Italian foreign office will host next 21 of April in Rome.
The same Italian ministry of foreign affairs said in a press release.
Beside the Italian foreign secretary, Frattini, Richard S. Odingo will also take part to the conference. Odingo is an expert on African climate studies and vice president of the Intergovernamental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), and Nobel prize winner in 2007.
“The event – it is written in a press release – will be moderated by Giuseppe Morabito, head for Subsaharan Africa for the Italian foreign office”.
The conference is part of the talks held before the G8 that will take place in Italy, in July this year.
