Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte holds a press conference in Palermo on November 13, as the international conference on Libya stabilisation reaches its end.
The conference is also expected to discuss new security arrangements on undocumented immigration and the Italian proposal for the establishment of a platform of dialogue before planning for national elections.
