Canon to attend Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2023 and push the boundaries of system led imaging solutions across the Audio Video (AV) industry

Canon Central and North Africa (CCNA)

Canon Europe will be returning to ISE 2023, the world’s largest AV systems integration show, to demonstrate how its products can be seamlessly integrated to create solutions for various industries, including corporate and education. Visitors can experience the benefits of Canon’s (Canon-CNA.com) imaging solutions, including automated conference and lecture capture, virtual corporate studios and VR for immersive education. Showcasing its bolstered line-up of PTZ Cameras, X Series Camcorders, EOS R System Cameras, as well as lenses and software, users can try out the products in the different stand zones.

Matthew Koshy, European Product Marketing Specialist at Canon Europe, comments: “The AV industry is constantly evolving, and our products and solutions reflect this change. Our focus is on how remote and live production set ups – particularly PTZ solutions – can push the boundaries of imaging, enabling corporate, education and live events markets to effortlessly achieve enhanced engagement with their prospective audiences. We look forward to reconnecting with customers and celebrating our achievements over the past year.”

Automated PTZ solutions

At ISE 2023, Canon will be demonstrating how its PTZ cameras can be integrated to enable a range of new use cases across higher education and corporate environments.

In Canon’s automated learning zone, PTZ cameras enabled with auto tracking software will show how university lectures can be recorded and streamed without the intervention of an operator to easily capture immersive content. This will meet the demand of those universities looking to maintain efficient hybrid learning spaces with limited resources.

With the recent rise in video conferencing in the corporate space, Canon will also demonstrate how its PTZ cameras can work with Sennheiser ceiling microphones to make meetings as seamless and as autonomous as possible.

Multi-camera set ups for corporate studios

For corporate content creation, Canon will be displaying creative solutions for a range of production scenarios with its customisable multi-camera set up. This will showcase a variety of cameras in action – from large format cinema to remote control PTZ cameras – for flexible set ups that meet the unique needs of end users. This area will also showcase how Canon’s mirrorless range can be used for corporate use with cutting edge products such as the recently announced EOS R6 Mark II.

XR production and VR zone

XR studio solutions are changing the game for high-end content creation, offering a high quality and more efficient set up, not only for filmmakers, but also for corporate and live event productions. Addressing this growing demand across industries, Canon will be partnering with INFiLED to demonstrate how its PTZ cameras with in-built FreeD protocol can seamlessly interact with the virtual scenes of an LED wall for a true-to-life result.

Visitors will also be able to immerse themselves in a variety of VR content captured with the Canon EOS R5, EOS R5 C and RF 5.2mm F2.8L DUAL FISHEYE Lens. Paired with PCs from Lenovo and headsets provided by Varjo, this offers a new approach when it comes to teaching and training across the corporate and education industries for more effective results.

ISE runs from 31st January – 3rd February 2023, at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, Barcelona, Spain.
