Monday December 19
• Kenya’s CFC Stanbic Holdings holds an extraordinary general meeting to vote to increase its share capital and approve a rights issue.

Tuesday December 20

Wednesday December 21
• Ghana’s Monetary Policy Committee decision on interest rates. The MPC held rates unchanged at 12.5 percent at its last meeting in October, citing a benign inflationary outlook. A modest increase in October inflation was seen allowing rates to stay on hold again.
