After talks with Fifa and Uefa, Royal Spanish Football Federation 
(Real Federación Española de Fútbol) now allows African players not to be considered as foreigners when dealing with Spanish football teams. This decision will open new scenarios for Spanish football.
The most interested teams in this decision are: Barcelona for Eto’ (Cameroon) and Touré (Ivory Coast), Real Madrid for Diarra (Mali), Almeria for Kalu Uche (Nigeria), Getafe for Ikechukwu Uche (Nigeria), Sevilla for Arouna Konè (Ivory Coast), Levante for Ettien (Cameroon) and Osasuna for Webò (Cameroon).
