ACCRA, May 26 – The Bank of Ghana will issue a three-year bond worth 300 million cedis on June 2, the central bank said on Thursday.
The bond will be issued at par and the auction will be open to foreign investors, according to the central bank’s statement. Analysts said the bond issue was likely to boost Ghana’s cedi currency as the issue draws foreign demand.
