G8 countries will help Africa reducing poverty

G8 countries decided to remain faithful to the objective to double the aids to Africa within 2010.

The most powerful and rich countries of the world which are part of the G8 are meeting in Tokyo, Japan, to prepare the official summit which will be held in July.

All countries of the G8 group agreed in supporting the need of “a concrete cooperation with the countries who are new donors”, the ministry of the Japanese foreign office, Masahiko Komura, said during a press conference.

The nations of the G8 hope to see greater transparency in the international financial help.

China started aid channels without conditions for the democratisation of African countries.
